B and L Lee, Inc operate two ARF homes located in Redwood City, California. These homes were established through the Bay Area Unified Plan. Our mission statement is “Supporting choices unique to each individual’s needs.”

Our philosophy is in providing services that cater to each consumer’s choices, while ensuring the quality of services exceeds regulatory standards and consumer expectations.

Our homes utilize a variety of consultants to enhance our services such as but are not limited to the following: Psychologist, Dietician, Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist and Dietician.
