B and L Lee, Inc is a Redwood City based organization founded and operated by Bismark and Linden Lee in 2007. This corporation also operates two ARF Special Residential Homes in Redwood City, CA, which was established through the Bay Area Unified Plan.
Collectively, the leaders of this organization have over 36 years of experience within the field of developmental services. Below is brief glimpse of their past accomplishments.
B and L Lee, Inc, is in partnership with various consultants within the field of developmental services. We take pride in assuring that our consultants is experienced and motivated to share their knowledge and expertise with our customers.
Bismark Lee
Mr. Lee is an Independent Contractor (Consultant) for various organizations in the Bay Area. He provides technical support in areas that include but are not limited to the following; licensing applications, program designs, company policies, staff training, quality assurance reviews, and internal system reviews.
He has 17 years of experience working for a State Developmental Center in San Jose, CA. During this time he performed duties as Acting Director of Quality Assurance, Standards Compliance Coordinator, Senior Accounting Officer, Trust Officer, Unit Supervisor, Quality Assurance Evaluator and as a Licensed Psychiatric Technician.
His personal belief is that “Knowledge can be acquired, but success is self driven.”

Linden Lee
Ms. Lee has over 18 years of experience working in the field of developmental services. This includes working as teacher for a State Developmental Center in San Jose, CA, community college and adult education. Ms. Lee also has several years of experience as a direct care provider which she believes has greatly enhanced her skills as a teacher and as a partner in developing individual plans for the clients she serves.

I have had the pleasure of working with Bismark Lee in establishing our first RCFE home located in San Mateo, CA. Mr. Lee provided all the technical support needed to assist in establishing our first RCFE home during and after the Department of Social Services Licensing approval. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Lee throughout this difficult process and the value of his knowledge, professionalism and dedication to my company cannot be measured.
